I provide systemic consultation to teams and organisations which are experiencing stuckness or negativity of one kind or another. I have experience of working with teams around issues of:

  • Inter-team relationship difficulties
  • Teams in transition or undergoing a process of organisational change

I aim to help organisations to value the strengths of individuals and to develop creative thinking and effective communication.
